论教育改革中“思想者”与“行动者”断裂问题

     

摘要

Education reform is a kind of complicated social engineering. It needs not only to clarify the concept of reform in the ideology level, but also need to clarify the operation of reform in the action level. In the reform of education, educational experts are "thinker", they draw a blueprint for reform. Teachers are “executor” of the education reform, they realize the blueprint. Education reform has encountered dififculties, neither reform blueprint is very bad, nor the teachers lack of executive ability. To a large extent, Education reform made a logical error, it is a "theoretical logic" instead of "logic of practice". It ignored the education itself the logic of practice..%教育改革是一项复杂的社会工程,不仅需要在思想层面上澄清改革的理念性问题,绘制改革蓝图,还需要在行动层面上明确改革的操作性问题,实现改革蓝图。在现实的教育改革中,教育专家充当“思想者”来绘制改革蓝图,遵从的是“理论逻辑”;而学校教师则扮演“行动者”来实现蓝图,遵从的是“实践逻辑”。在很大程度上,当前教育改革遭遇困境不是因为“思想者”绘制的蓝图不完美,也不是因为“行动者”的执行能力欠缺,而是犯了以“理论逻辑”代替“实践逻辑”的错误,“思”与“行”断裂,忽视了教育实践的自在逻辑。
