The airbag cover has a breaking layer (10) that is formed with a breaking region and ruptured during release of airbag from airbag cover so that the airbag is unfolded. The breaking layer is comprised with cavities and/or recesses (14) which are arranged in the sides of breaking layer and filled with stabilization material, where position of the cavities and recesses differs in the sides of breaking layer. The breaking layer is made of knitted spacer fabric, nonwoven fabric, textile, froth or micro-cellular material.
