不同地应力条件下直眼掏槽破岩的理论研究与数值模拟∗

     

摘要

为了研究不同地应力场对直眼掏槽破岩的影响,提出了基于Schwarz交替迭代法和弹性力学理论建立的掏槽区岩体的应力状态方程,同时对不同地应力条件下单孔直眼掏槽破岩过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明:在炸药爆炸前期和中期,初始地应力场对结果影响较小,主要是槽孔爆炸应力场起主导作用,在爆炸后期,初始地应力场对爆破后裂纹的扩展具有导向作用,裂纹扩展主方向趋向于最大初始地应力方向。进一步分析表明,岩体在初始地应力场与爆炸应力场共同作用后,在空孔和槽孔圆心连线上产生最大拉应力,并且在不同地应力条件下最大拉应力模拟值的发展趋势与理论计算较为一致。%In order to study the effect of different ground stress field on the rock failure process in cutting by parallel hole, the stress state equation of rock mass in the cutting area was established based on the Schwarz alternating iteration method and the elastic mechanics theory. The rock failure process in cutting by single parallel hole under different ground stress conditions was numerically simulated. The results showed that in the earlier and medium period of explosive blasting, the initial ground stress field has little effect on the results, and the blasting stress field of cutting hole plays a leading role. While in the later period of blasting, the initial ground stress field plays a guiding role for the propagation of crack after blasting, and the main direction of crack propagation is tending to the direction of the maximum initial ground stress. Further analysis showed that under the combined action of initial ground stress field and blasting stress field on the rock mass, the maximum tensile stress occurs on the center connecting line of empty hole and cutting hole, and the development trend of simulation value on the maximum tensile stress is comparatively consistent with the theoretical calculation under different ground stress conditions.
