刺血疗法在冻融胚胎移植周期中薄型子宫内膜患者的应用

         

摘要

目的 观察冻融胚胎移植周期中刺血疗法对内膜薄患者内膜厚度以及临床结局的影响.方法 将进行人工周期冻融胚胎移植并既往诊断为内膜薄的患者39例,随机分为刺血组(13例)、针刺组(14例)和对照组(12例).三组均采用人工周期方案准备内膜,移植胚胎均为两枚D5优质囊胚.刺血组在进行人工周期的同时,待月经干净后开始进行刺血并联合针刺治疗,直到胚胎移植日前一天;针刺组仅进行电针治疗;对照组不加用电针和刺血疗法干预.比较各组患者的内膜厚度和临床结局.结果 刺血组胚胎种植率(65.4%)显著高于对照组(37.5%)(P<0.05);刺血组和针刺组移植日内膜厚度[分别为(0.79±0.19)cm、(0.71±0.53)cm]和临床妊娠率(分别为76.92%、71.43%)与对照组[分别为(0.68±0.08)cm、58.33%]相比,均有一定程度的增加,但均无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论 刺血疗法可能为改善薄型子宫内膜厚度的一种新方法.%Objectives:To assess the effect of pricking blood therapy on the endometrial thickness and clinical outcomes of frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles in patients with thin endometrium.Methods:Thirty nine patients with thin endometrium in frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles were divided into three groups:pricking blood therapy group(n=13),acupuncture group(n=14) and control group(n=12).All the patients of three groups were used the artificial cycle protocol to prepare the endometrium.The transplanted embryos were two high quality of Day 5 blastocysts.In the pricking blood therapy group,while undergoing an artificial cycle,pricking blood therapy is performed combined with acupuncture after the menstruation is completed until the day before the embryo transfer.The patients of acupuncture group were only treated with electro acupuncture.The patients of control group received no intervention with electro-acupuncture and pricking blood therapy.Endometrial thickness and clinical outcomes were compared among the three groups.Results:The implantation rate in pricking blood therapy group were significantly higher than that in the control group(65.4%vs.37.5%,P<0.05).The endometrial thickness and the clinical pregnancy rate in the pricking blood therapy group [(0.79±0.19)cm,76.92%] and the acupuncture group [(0.71±0.53)cm,71.43%] were higher than those in the control group [(0.68±0.08cm,58.33%],but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:The pricking blood therapy could become a new method of 1mproving the endometrial thickness.
