IVF中卵母细胞线粒体的治疗进展

摘要

Mitochondria in oocytes are one of the important signals to evaluate the oocyte quality,and have close connections with oocyte-sperm binding and embryo development.Based on a phenomenon that some high quality embryos failed to transplant in assisted reproductive technology,this paper summarizes treatment progress of oocyte mitoehondria in reproductive field from the structure and function of mitochondria,influencing factors,oocyte mitochondrial lesions and therapeutic methods.%卵母细胞线粒体是评价卵母细胞质量的重要指标之一,与精卵结合、胚胎发育密切相关.本文基于辅助生育技术中存在胚胎质量优良却移植失败的现象,对线粒体的结构及作用、影响因素和卵母细胞线粒体病变在生殖领域的治疗现状进行综述.
