IVF助孕胚胎移植数目的探讨

摘要

IVF问世以来,解决了很多不孕家庭的生育问题.医源性多胎妊娠严重威胁母体和子代的生命健康,是辅助生殖技术主要的并发症.单周期多枚胚胎移植是造成多胎妊娠的主要原因,降低医源性多胎妊娠的根本性防范措施是实行单胚胎移植.然而由于单胚胎移植可能降低妊娠成功率,因此遭到部分生殖中心医生和患者的拒绝.本综述就中外目前实施移植政策、患者选择多胚胎移植原因、多胎妊娠风险、单胚胎移植方案妊娠率和国内推广单胚胎移植方案可行性进行探讨和分析,以期为我国临床生殖人员在胚胎移植数量选择时提供一定的参考价值.%Since the advent of the assisted reproductive technology(ART),fertility problems have been solved in many infertile families.Iatrogenic multiple pregnancies,which is one of the side effects of ART,significantly threatens the health of mother and children.Multi-embryo transfer in single cycle is one of the major causes of iatrogenic multiple pregnancies.The fundamental precautionary measure for decreasing iatrogenic multiple pregnancies is to implement single embryo transfer.However,this approach is not accepted by some infertility specialists and patients because single embryo transfer could reduce the pregnancy rate.This review discusses and analyzes the current implementation of transplantation policy in China and foreign countries,the reasons why patients choose multiple embryo transfer,the risk associated with multiple pregnancy,the pregnancy rate of single embryo transfer and the feasibility of single embryo transfer program in China,in order to provide some reference value for clinical reproductive personnel in the selection of number of embryo transfer.
