论民事行政诉讼检察监督体制的独立化发展

The unification of the civil and administrative procurator supervision system is the primary stage; however, its independence is new trend. The primary task of reforming and perfecting is to compare the civil procurator supervision system and the administrative procurator supervision system, analyze their difference on the supervised object, the function of supervision, the supervision mode, the action principle and so on.%当前，改革和完善民事行政检察监督制度已势在必行，民事行政诉讼检察监督体制的独立化成为民事行政检察监督制度新的发展趋势。改革和完善民事行政诉讼检察监督体制的首要任务就是比较民事诉讼检察监督制度与行政诉讼检察监督制度的异同，分析两种制度在监督对象、监督功能、监督方式、诉讼原理、申诉等方面的差异。
