动力型外固定架结合克氏针在治疗桡骨远端C型骨折中的作用

摘要

目的 探讨动力型外固定架结合克氏针在治疗桡骨远端C型骨折中的作用.方法 2006年1月至2010年7月收治桡骨远端C型骨折86例,其中男52例,女34例,年龄25～78岁,采用闭合性复位动力型外固定架结合克氏针固定.结果 86例病例随访1年以上,X线检查显示:掌倾角8°～20°(平均12°),尺偏角20°～34°(平均26°),桡骨相对高度0～1 cm(平均0.5 cm);采用Jakim标准行腕关节功能评定优良率94.2%,并发症发生率5.8%.结论 桡骨远端C 型骨折采用闭合复位动力型外固定架结合克氏针固定,能达到骨折端解剖复位,提高了骨折的治愈率,减少了并发症的发生,关节功能得到满意恢复,是一种较好的治疗方式.%Objective To evaluale ihe effecls of dynamic exlernal fixalion combined wilh K wires on Lype C dislal radius fraclure. Conclusion The Irealmenl of lype C dislal radius fraclure wilh dynamic exlernal fixalion combined wilh K wires inlernal fixalion is satisfactory, it can achieve ihe anatomic reduction, improve curative rale for fractures and reduce complications.
