基于环境的多式联运运输方式协同组织优化模型

         

摘要

Considering the impact of the environment pollution, energy consumption and security factors on multi-modal transport sustainable development, the concept of multimodal social total cost was considered. Then based on the target of minimizing the multimodal social total cost, the multimodal transportation coordination optimization model was establised. A variety of cost data and transport data of transport pollution energy and security were collected and disposed respectively, and then the fuzzy comprehensive evapuation method was used to confirm the cost weight. Finally, the lingo software was used to solve the model and the results were evaluated. The data of transport, pollution, energy and security cost of transport modes were provided. The results show that the multi-modal transport social costs of railway transport and water transport are low, and they have little effects on environment. In the formulation of multimodal decisions, to realize green development of the multimodal transport, multimodal influence factors should be synthetically considered, and then choose a reasonable transport mode.%综合考虑环境污染、能源消耗及安全因素对多式联运可持续发展的影响,引入多式联运社会总成本概念,以多式联运社会总成本最小化为整体目标,建立多式联运运输方式协同优化模型.分别采集并处理各种运输方式的运输、污染、能源及安全成本数据和运输数据,并利用模糊综合评价法确定各个成本的影响权重,最后利用lingo软件对模型进行求解.研究结果表明:提供各种运输方式的运输、污染、能源及安全单位成本数据;铁路运输及水路运输多式联运社会总成本较小,对外界环境影响程度较小;在制定多式联运决策时,应实现绿色发展的前提下,综合考虑多式联运的影响因素,选择合理的运输方式.
