斜跨曲线异形拱桥施工过程应力和挠度分析

     

摘要

异型拱桥造型新颖独特,但受力复杂。为了确保异型拱桥施工过程安全,以通泰大桥为工程实例,采用有限元软件Ansys 建立三维有限元模型,考虑11种工况,进行异型拱桥的施工仿真分析。计算结果表明:主梁和拱肋的应力水平不高,主梁最大 Mises 应力为30.6 MPa,拱肋最大 Mises 应力为76.4 MPa,均未超出容许应力;吊索的最大应力为723 MPa,出现在工况4中 B09号吊索,尽管也未超过容许应力,但应在施工中密切监控其受力。变形计算表明,成桥时(工况11)桥梁变形最大,为主梁变形,最大挠度值为21 cm。设计图纸中主梁设置了20 cm 的预拱度,基本是可行的,与计算结果相符。%The special shaped arch bridge is unique in design and updated in style,but it is under complex stress state.In order to ensure safety during the construction process of special shape arch bridge,taking Tongtai bridge as the example,a three -dimensional finite element model was established by Ansys software in this paper.Con-sidering eleven different load conditions,the numerical simulation was developed to analyze the whole construc-tion process.It is shown that the stresses level of main girder and arch are not high;The maximum stresses are 30.6 MPa and 76.3 MPa in the main girder and arch,respectively,which are within the allowable stress;The maximum stress of slings is 723 MPa,which is the No.B09 sling at the No.4 load condition.Although the stress of slings does not exceed the allowable stress,it should be closely monitored the No.B09 sling during construc-tion process.The calculation of deformation shows the maximum deformation occured when the bridge completes (at the No.11 load condition),it is the main girder and the deflection value is 21cm.The 20 cm of pre -camber setup of main girder in design drawings is feasible,which is consistent with the calculation results.
