日照辐射对高墩桥梁墩身线形影响与控制研究

     

摘要

日照辐射是山区高墩桥梁高墩温度效应的主要原因之一,以贵州山区高速公路浪林大桥高墩多跨长联连续梁桥为工程背景,推导日照辐射温差效应下墩顶位移理论公式,在现场实测温度的基础上得出墩顶位移解析解。运用ANSYS有限元软件,建立了9号高墩热效应有限元模型,分析桥墩在日照温度作用下结构的温度场及墩顶位移,验证了墩顶位移理论公式和解析解的正确性。基于现场传感器实测温度,提出控制墩身变形和轴线偏位的施工方法,本文研究成果可为高墩线形监控提供参考和实际应用。%Solar radiation is one of the main causes of the temperature action of the pier of high-pier bridge in mountain areas. On the background of Langlin Bridge, a high-pier long multi-span continuous highway bridge in Guizhou mountain areas, a theory formula of displacement at the top of the pier under solar radiation was derived and analytic solution was obtained based on measured temperature at the scene. Thermal finite element model of NO.9 pier was established by use of ANSYS, the temperature field and displacement at the top of the pier under solar radiation temperature effect were obtained, which demonstrates the correctness of the theory formula and an-alytic solution. Based on the test temperature at the scene, the construction method was proposed to control the deformation of pier and its axis deflection. The research results of this paper can provide reference and application for high pier alignment monitoring.
