基于Wiener过程的步退加速退化试验方法研究

     

摘要

为了分析铁路继电器在工作过程中的可靠性,研究环境应力中温度对铁路继电器性能的影响.分析继电器触头在温度应力下的失效机理,在化学侵蚀和电弧侵蚀2方面开展继电器性能退化的研究.为了更快速、准确地了解继电器温度应力作用下的性能退化量,提出步退应力加速退化试验方法,对试验应力水平的选择、样品数量的确定及试验时间等进行分析.针对试验过程中继电器接触电阻的退化,应用Wiener过程对继电器累积退化量进行处理,得到继电器在试验过程中的退化方程和可靠度函数.%In order to analyze the reliability of railway relays in the work process, the influence of temperature stress on the performance of railway relays was studied emphatically. The failure mechanism of the relay contacts under the temperature stress was analyzed, and the degradation of the relay in chemical erosion and arc erosion was carried out. The method of step-down-stress accelerated degradation testing was put forward in order to understand the degradation degree of the performance under the stress of the relay more quickly and accurately. The selection of test stress level, the determination of the number of samples and the test time were all analyzed in detail. Aiming at the degradation of the contact resistance of the relay in the test process, the Wiener process was used to deal with the cumulative degradation of the relay. Then the degradation equation and the reliability function of the relay were obtained during the test.
