动车组配电柜机械化装配研究及其动力学分析

         

摘要

动车组配电柜体积大、质量重,车内空间狭小,为此设计一款装配装置实现大角度翻转.而翻转过程中重心位置动态变化,翻转过程受力复杂.通过静力学分析所得的力矩曲线可知,翻转角度在0.224π和0.239π时,产生2类不利的前倾方式,并通过气动缓冲器和结构优化加以解决.对优化前后的翻转过程进行柔性多体动力学仿真分析,研究结果表明:优化后前倾力矩被有效抑制,配电柜可顺利翻转.输出柔性体关键部位的动态应力曲线,实现机械结构的动态设计.%The EMU electric cabinet has big volume and heavy weight, while the space is narrow in car, therefore it is necessary to design an assembly device to realize large angle flipping. In the process of turning, the center of gravity changes dynamically. Firstly, the moment curve, by statics analysis, showed there were two kinds of forward moments when the angle reaches 0.224π and 0.239π, respectively. There were two kinds of adverse forward forms, which could be solved by air damper and flipping optimization. Then, the flexible multi-body dynamics was set up for LAF. The result indicates that the two forward moments can be suppressed effectively, and the device can work properly. Finally, to realize dynamic design in mechanism, the stress curves of key parts in flexible bodies were put out.
