基于KYN28-12型中置式铠装配电柜提高散热能力的研究*

         

摘要

In recent years, with the increasing business electricity load, medium voltage transmission and distribution equipment in the direction of large-capacity, high current development situation distribution cabinet because of overheating and failure become increasingly prominent. Rated current of 4 000 A KYN28-12 type of armor in the home-assembled cabinet structure, for example, by increasing the distribution cabinet cooling area, improve its thermal efficiency, radiation coefficient, easy implementation of targeted heat-generating components cooling and other measures to improve heat dissipation distribution cabinet.%近年来,随着企业用电负荷的不断增加,中压输配电设备朝着大容量、大电流的方向发展,配电柜因为过热而发生故障的情况日益凸显。以额定电流为4000 A的KYN28-12型中置式铠装配电柜的结构为例,通过增加配电柜的散热面积,提高其散热效率、辐射系数,对易发热部件施行有针对性的散热等措施,从而改善配电柜的散热条件。
