Organized direction of an inspection at the scene of railway explosion is the prerequisite of the accomplishment of inspection. Effective organized direction is the foundamental guarantee of the coordinatde action among depertments, police serviecs and technical personnel of the inspection. Thus, after the explosion, the director of inspection should be decided correctly and promptly according to the division of control. The director should coordinate and direct this work combining with the characteristics of the inspection on the condition of great speciality, mass professional workers and mixed involved persons, so as to successfully fulfil the investigation duty.
