武汉市鹦鹉洲长江大桥散索鞍座新型结构设计

             

摘要

Research purposes: The presently applied splay saddles for the suspension bridge in China are or similartypes, the rotation angle is small and it is difficult to rotate and slide, which results in uneven force condition of maincable strands. Because of the splay saddle is of critical importance for safety of the bridge, it is primary developingdirection to study and adopt new structure, new material for splay saddles with improving performance.Research conclusions: This paper takes an analysis and study into domestically adopted splay saddles, proposed a newtype of splay saddle, base - type splay saddle innovatively. It has advantages, simple structure, better function,convenient maintenance access, the disadvantages of existing saddles, such as huge, uneven force condition ofanchorage, inconvenient erection and transport%研究目的:目前国内悬索桥散索鞍座结构形式相似,转动角度小,转动和滑动困难,导致锚跨主缆束股受力不均匀.鉴于散索鞍座对桥梁安全的重要性,研发采用新结构、新材料以及功能性更加完善的散索鞍座,是散索鞍座发展的主要方向.研究结论:本文通过对目前国内悬索桥散索鞍座的分析研究,首创了底座式散索鞍座新型结构,因为其结构构造简单,功能完善,养护维修方便,因而从根本上改善了现有鞍座笨重、锚跨主缆束股受力不均匀、安装运输不便等缺点.
