Research purposes: There are many uncertainties in the construction of shield directly cutting pile, the rntechnology is not mature enough. In this thesis, relying on the actual project, the experience and the technical rnparameters of the construction aspects of the shield directly over the pile were summed up for further study of the shield rndirectly over the pile technology to make a direct reference for similar projects.Research conclusions: Through the study of the problem, such conclusions are obtained: (1) To control the the rnincisions pressure fluctuations in the value of less than 0. 1 bar; (2) Difference of the slurry flow and the promoting rnspeed should be match, at the same time ,to control the amount of overbreak; (3) The thrust should be in the range of rn9 500 ~ 100 000 kN; Shield driving speed is controlled at 10 ~ 20 mm/min. Cutter speed in control of 1. 0 ~rn1.2 rpm/min is appropriate, and at the same time to control the cutter torque between the range of 0.9 ~ 1.2 MN ·m.%研究目的:盾构直接切断桩基施工存在诸多不确定性,该技术在目前还不够成熟,本文以实际工程为依托,总结盾构直接过桩的经验和各个施工环节的技术参数,为进一步研究盾构直接过桩技术提供参考和依据,同时为类似工程做直接参考.研究结论:通过对软弱地层中盾构过群桩施工技术的研究,得出:(1)控制住切口压力波动值小于0.1 bar;(2)进排浆流量差与推进速度相匹配,控制超挖量;(3)推力在9500 ~100000 kN范围之间;(4)推进速度控制在10~20 mm/min,同时刀盘转速为1.0~1.2 rpm是合适的,控制刀盘扭矩在0.9~1.2 MN·m范围之间.
