青云山特长隧道F9断层带涌水治理方案研究

         

摘要

Research purposes:In the field of underground engineering,the geological disaster treatment for the gushing water caused by fault zone landslide,especially for the super-long tunnel is a common tough problem in engineering construction process.Improper treatment may lead to serious accidents such as machine crash and secondary geological disasters.Therefore,a comprehensive analysis of the causes of landslides and the adoption of a technically feasible,economically reasonable,safe,reliable and quick treatment plan are important subjects for construction builders at all levels.Until now,how to select the key technical parameters such as the treatment measures and the raw material ratio test used in the underground engineering landslide along with gushing water disasters is still worthy of further study.Research conclusions:(1) The causes of gushing water in the F9 fault zone of Qingyun mountain super-long tunnel in Xiangtang-Putian railway were analyzed,and a step-by-step curtain grouting treatment scheme was proposed.(2) The technological measures adopted in the treatment and the construction methods of crossing the fault zone were discussed.(3)The research results can provide practical experience and reference for similar mountain tunnel projects.%研究目的:地下工程特别是长大隧道断裂带塌方涌水地质灾害治理是工程施工过程中经常发生的难题,治理不慎将出现机毁人亡的事故,并产生次生地质灾害.全面分析塌方涌水原因,采取技术可行、经济合理、安全可靠的快速治理方案,是摆在各级工程建设者面前的重大课题.对地下工程塌方涌水灾害采取的治理工艺、原材料配比试验等关键技术参数的取舍仍然是值得继续深入研究的课题.研究结论:(1)本文对向莆铁路青云山特长隧道F9断层带的涌水灾害原因进行了分析研究,对断层带涌水、坍塌段落提出了采用分段前进式帷幕注浆治理方案;(2)对坍塌涌水治理所采用的工艺措施与穿越断层带的施工方法进行了论述;(3)该研究成果可为同类山岭隧道工程的施工提供借鉴和参考.
