NF-kB在膀胱移行细胞癌病理组织中的表达

Objective To study the relationship between the expression of NF-kB in tumor tissue and biological behavior of the tumor in patients with transitional carcinoma of bladder. Methods Cellular expression of NF-kB was studied with immunohistochemistry (IHC) in 90 srecimens of transitional carcinoma of bladder and 40 specimens of non-malignant bladder biopsy specimens as controls. Results The positive expression rate in the tumor specimens (68.9％) was significantly higher than that (2.5％) in the nonmalignant bladder biopsy specimens (P ＜0.01 ). Among the tumor specimens, the positive rates in groups with various types of pathologic gradings were not significantly different (P＞0.05). The positive rates in the clinical T2-T4 stages specimens (n =40), however, were significantly higher than those in the less penetrating Tis-T1 stages specimens (P＜0. 01). Conclusion There was high expression of NF-kB in the patholgic specimens of transitional bladder carcinoma and the leval of expression was closely related to the clinical stage of the disease.%目的:探讨NF-KB的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌生物学行为的关系.方法:检测90例膀胱移行细胞癌病理组织中NF-KB的表达与病理分级、临床分期的关系,并与40例正常形态膀胱组织标本中NF-KB的表达情况比较.结果:NF-KB在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的阳性表达率为68.9%,NF-kB在正常膀胱组织中的阳性表达率为2.5%,膀胱移行细胞癌组明显高于对照组(P＜0.01).按膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级分组,各组之间NF-KB阳性表达无明显差异(P＞0.05);按临床分期分组,T2～T4期NF-KB阳性表达明显高于Tis～T1期(P＜0.01).结论:膀胱移行细胞癌组织中存在NF-KB的高水平阳性表达,NF-kB的表达水平与膀胱移行细胞癌的病理分级无关,而与膀胱移行细胞癌的临床分期密切相关.
