Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and GM-CSF levels in pediatric my- ? coplasma pneumonia patients. Methods Serum hs-CRP(with immunoturbidimetry) ,IL-6 and GM-CSF (with RIA) levels were determined in 36 patients with pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia patients and 35 normal controls. Results Serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and GM-CSF levels were significantly higher than those in controls(P < 0.01). Serum hs-CRP level was positively correlated with IL-6 and GM-CSF levels(r = 0. 6012、0. 5784,P < 0. 01). Conclusion The cytokines hs-CRP, IL-6 and GM-CSF might participate in the whole process of mycoplasma infection. Momitoring the changes of these cytokines can aid the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the disease and provides certain clinical value.%目的:探讨了肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清hs-CRP、IL-6和GM-CSF水平的变化及临床意义.方法:应用放免法和免疫比浊法对36例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿进行了肺炎支原体肺炎并发冠脉病变患儿进行了血清hs-CRP、IL-6和GM-CSF检测,并与35名正常健康儿作比较.结果:肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清hs-CRP、IL-6和GM-CSF水平均显著高于正常儿组(P<0.01),且血清hs-CRP与IL-6、GM-CSF水平呈正相关(r=0.6012、0.5784,P<0.01).结论:血清hs-CRP、IL-6和GM-CSF参与了肺炎支原体感染的全过程,监测这些细胞因子的变化有助于诊断、治疗和预后,提供一定的临床价值.
