NT-proBNP在CHF患者中的诊断价值

摘要

Objective To explore diagnostic value of the plasma amino-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide ( NT-proBNP) ) in patients with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods Plasma NT-proBNP level was masured in 79 cases of CHF patients, as well as in 42 normal healthy controls. Plasma heterogeneous immunoassay using Dade Behring automatic instrument. Results Plasma NT-proBNP level in CHF patients was significantly higher than that in control group ( P < 0.01) , the difference was statistically significant. NT-proBNP level in sera of heart failure group has positive correlation with severity degree of disease (P < 0.01). Conclusion Plasma NT-proBNP level can be used as a marker of laboratory diagnosis of CHF patients and an auxiliary method for treatment and assessment the severity degree of disease.%目的:探究血浆氨基末端B型尿钠肽前体(NT-proBNP))在慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者中的诊断价值.方法:采用单克隆非均相免疫法在德灵自动化仪器上检测79例CHF患者和42例正常对照组血浆中NT-proBNP水平,并进行统计学分析.结果:CHF患者血浆NT-proBNP水平明显高于正常对照组(P＜0.01),差异有统计学意义,且心衰组血浆NT-proBNP水平与病情严重程度呈正相关(P＜0.01).结论:血浆NT-proB-NP水平可以作为CHF患者的实验室诊断指标,用于临床诊断、治疗及评估严重程度的辅助方法.
