民俗学视角下的滇东北地区八大碗研究

The Chinese food cultures,which include ＂Eight Dishes＂,are extensive and profound to cover both Chinese traditional cultures and national custom.＂Eight Dishes＂,a combination of the regional characteristics,may meet the requirements of different people from different areas.The nation-wide popularizing of ＂Eight Dishes＂ will promote the national custom cultures and food culture and the ＂Eight Dishes＂ in the northeast of Yunnan is one of the enchanting flowers for the food cultures.%中国饮食文化博大精深,八大碗即是其中之一,它包涵了中国传统文化的精髓,融民族民俗风情于一体,把地域性和传承性结合起来,既显示了地域特色,又满足了不同身份不同地域和口味的人。八大碗在全国的普及,彰显和弘扬中国饮食民俗文化,成为民间饮食一大靓丽风景,滇东北八大碗即是这靓丽风景中的一朵奇葩,光彩照人,食之味甘。
