崂山产四种藓类植物原丝体的发育特征

摘要

This paper covers spore germination and protonema development of 4 species of mosses from Mt.Lao: Weisia controversa Hedw., Pseudoleskeopsis zippelli (Dozy et Molk.)Broth.,Rhynchostegium pallidifolium(Mitt.)Jaeg. and Pogonatum inflexum (Lindb.)Par.. The results showed that all of 4 moss species spores germinate outside the ruptured exospore. Pogonatum inflexum belongs to Funaria-type, and the others belong to Bryum-type according to Nishida's classification of spore germination types of mosses.%研究了山东崂山产4种藓类植物的孢子萌发和原丝体发育特征.4种藓类分别是:小石藓Weisia controversa Hedw.,拟草藓Pseudoleskeopsis zippelli (Dozy et Molk.)Broth.,淡叶长喙藓Rhynchostegium pallidifolium(Mitt.)Jaeg.和东亚小金发藓Pogonatum inflexum (Lindb.)Par..参照 Nishida 对藓类植物孢子萌发和原丝体发育类型的划分,4种藓类植物孢子萌发的类均属于孢子壁外萌发,东亚小金发藓的原丝体发育类型为葫芦藓型(Funaria-type),其它3种为真藓型(Bryum-type).
