几种抗生素对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌作用

摘要

The slip-agar diffusion method was used to test the antibacterial activity of 4 antibiotics solely and together on the Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis.Penicillin sodium for injection,tetracycline for injection,streptomycin sulfate for injection,and cefminox sodium for injection were used as general antibiotics at three concentrations in the experiments.The susceptibility of antibiotics was used to evaluate the bacteriostatic by measuring the antibacterial circle diameter on the beef extract peptone agar plate.The results showed that four antibiotics have activity against Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis,which manifested medium sensitive to penicillin sodium for injection,tetracycline for injection,and streptomycin sulfate for injection at commonly used rates,but extremely sensitive to cefminox sodium for injection, as well as the tenth of the common dose.No link can be proved between the antibiotics action alone and two combined action.%采用琼脂扩散纸片法分析4种抗生素单独及联合使用对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌作用.选用普适性抗生素注射用青霉素钠、注射用四环素、注射用硫酸链霉素和注射用头孢米诺钠,分别在各自常用剂量的10、1、0.1倍剂量下进行,以牛肉膏蛋白胨琼脂平板培养基上圆形滤纸片的抑菌圈直径来确定两种菌种对抗生素抑菌作用的敏感程度.结果表明,4种抗生素对两种菌均有一定的抑菌作用,两种菌对常用剂量的注射用青霉素钠、注射用四环素、注射用硫酸链霉素表现为中度敏感,而对注射用头孢米诺钠表现为极度敏感,在常用剂量的0.1倍剂量条件下,其对注射用头孢米诺钠亦表现为极度敏感;且抗生素两两联用的抑菌效果与单独使用无必然联系.
