关于石油高校国际化人才培养的思考

摘要

随着我国国民经济的高速发展,对石油和天然气的需求也在日益增加,这就决定了国际化是中国石油工业发展的必由之路。为适应石油类企业快速国际化的发展,就需要我国高校特别是石油高校培养出大批高素质的国际化专业人才。为此,石油高校应明确国际化石油专业技术人才的培养目标,以国际化的视野,为大学生搭建一个多元化的国家化教学平台,促进国际化人才培养和成长。%With the rapid development of our national economy,the demands on oil and gas are also increasingly going up,which determines that internationalization is the only way for China’s oil industries.To adapt to the fast internationalization of petroleum enterprise,the universities especially petroleum universities must cultivate a large number of professional talents who is both internationalized and highly qualified.Thus,petroleum universities should set up a clear target to cultivate international and professional oil talents,and should build a diversified internationalization teaching platform,in international vision,to promote the training and growth of internationalized talents.
