Objective To observe the effect of plasmid Mir-129 on the growth curve of renal cell carcinoma SN12-PM6 cells.Methods Plasmid Mir-129 were transfected with renal cell carcinoma SN 12-PM6 cells without transfection of plasmid mir-129, in renal cell carcinoma SN12-PM6 cells as control group, transfected with Lipofectamine 2000 plasmid mir-129 of renal cell carcinoma cell line SN 12-PM6 as the experimental group .The OD value of MTT method for determination of renal carcinoma cells and draw the growth curves of two groups .Results Renal cell carcinoma SN12-PM6 cells transfected with plasmid mir-129, the growth was inhibited ,P<0.05, there is significant difference statistically .Conclusions Transfection of plasmid mir-129 could obviously inhibit the growth of SN 12-PM6 renal cell carcinoma .%目的:观察质粒mir-129对肾癌细胞SN12-PM6生长曲线的影响。方法质粒mir-129介导下转染肾癌细胞SN12-PM6,以未转染质粒mir-129肾癌细胞SN12-PM6作为对照组,以转染的脂质体2000质粒mir-129肾癌细胞SN12-PM6作为实验组,MTT法测定细胞OD(570nm)值,绘制两组肾癌细胞生长曲线。结果肾癌细胞SN12-PM6转染质粒mir-129,其生长明显受到抑制,P<0.05,两者统计学上有显著性差异。结论转染质粒mir-129能明显抑制肾癌细胞SN12-PM6生长。
