肺癌细胞爬片的免疫组化检测分析

摘要

目的：应用免疫组化法检测肺癌细胞爬片。方法制备阳性大细胞肺癌细胞爬片和阴性小细胞肺癌细胞爬片，采用免疫组化检测法对其进行检测。结果阳性大细胞肺癌细胞爬片检出率为100％，阴性小细胞肺癌爬片未出现假阳性结果。结论肺癌细胞爬片的免疫组化检测分析可为临床肺癌的免疫组化检测提供一定的技术支持。%Objective To detect lung cancer cell climbing pieces with immunohistochemical method . Methods The positive large cell lung cancer cell climbing pieces and the negative small cell lung cancer cells climbing pieces were prepared , and the cell climbing pieces were detected by immunohistochemical method . Results The detection rate of positive large cell lung cancer cell climbing pieces was 100%, false positive results did not occurred in the negative small cell lung cancer climbing pieces .Conclusions The immunohistochemical detection analysis of the lung cancer cell climbing pieces can provide technological support for the immunohistochemical detection of lung cancer .
