目的：了解从事健康管理的医护人员急救相关知识和技能的掌握情况，为制订相应的培训计划提供依据。方法对50名健康体检医护人员采用问卷和现场考核的方式进行调查。结果68％的医护人员急救知识来源于学校课本。医护人员急救知识及技能考核平均得分均低于80分，医生组的得分均高于护士组和技士组，护士组得分均高于技士组，且三组人员得分之间差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论健康体检医护人员对急救知识与技能的重视程度不够，理论知识和操作技能的得分普遍不高，应建立有效的培训机制，分专业分层次进行专业化训练，从而提升体检医护人员的应急处置能力。%Objective To investigate the mastering situation of aid related knowledge and skills of health management personnel ,aimed to provide the basis for the corresponding training plan .Methods 50 medical staff who work on healthy medical examination were investigated by using questionnaires and on -site examination. Results 68%of the staffs learned first aid knowledge from textbooks .The average score of first aid knowledge and skills assessment was below 80, the average score of doctors was higher than that of nurses and technicians , and average score of nurseswas higher than technicians ,all differences between the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Medical staff who work on healthy medical examination were not so attach importance to aid knowledge and skills ,effective training mechanismshould be established to provide professional training for staffs at different level and at last improve their ability of emergency disposal .
