硝苯地平与依那普利联合治疗老年高血压的临床疗效和安全性评价

摘要

目的：评价硝苯地平缓释片联合依那普利治疗老年性高血压的疗效及其安全性。方法将150例老年高血压患者随机分成三组，每组50例：硝苯地平缓释片组（ A组）、依那普利组（ B组）、硝苯地平缓释片＋依那普利组（C组）。比较三组患者治疗后疗效、血压值和不良反应。结果治疗1周后，C组患者收缩压明显低于A组或B组（ P＜0．05）；治疗1周、2周后，C组患者舒张压明显低于A组或B组（P＜0．05）；治疗4周后，C组患者显效率明显高于A组或B组（P＜0．05）。三组组间不良反应发生率比较无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。结论硝苯地平控释片和依那普利联合应用治疗老年性高血压可增强降压效应，安全性高，值得临床推广使用。%Objective Evaluating the efficacy and safety of extended releaseNifedipinetablets combined with Enalaprilin the treatment of elderly hypertension.Methods Categorizing 150 cases of elderly hypertension patients into A, B and C randomly, each group contains 50 patients.Patients in group A were applied with extended release Nifedipine tablets.Patientsin Group B were applied with Enalapril.Patientsin Group C were applied with extended release Nifedipine tablets and Enalapril.The efficacy, blood pressure value and adverse reactions of the patients after receiving treatment were compared.Results After received corresponding treatment for one week, the systolic pressures of patients in Group C were found to be significantly lower than patients in Groups A and B (P<0.05).After one or two weeks'treatment, the diastolic pressure of group C was low than that of group A or group B.After four weeks of treatment, the marked improvement rate of Group C was significantly higher than Groups A and B (P>0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the three groups registered no significant differences (P>0.05).Conclusions The combination use of extended release Nifedipine tablets and Enalapril in the treatment of elderly hypertension could reinforce the blood pressure reduction effectively with good safety and would be worth of promoting in clinical application.
