乳腺癌基因治疗的现状

摘要

目前，乳腺癌已成为我国女性恶性肿瘤患者死亡的主要原因。尽管多学科综合治疗已明显提高了乳腺癌患者的生存率，但晚期和复发性乳腺癌的治疗仍是困扰肿瘤科医师的一道难题。近年来，随着乳腺癌相关基因的研究进展，乳腺癌的基因治疗显示出了良好的应用前景，靶向基因治疗有望成为治疗晚期及复发性乳腺癌的有效策略。%At present, breast cancer has become the leading cause of death among female malignant tumors in China.Although the survival rate has improved with the progress of comprehensive clinical treatments, but the advanced stage and recurrence are still hard problems for oncologists.With the rapid progress of research in cancer related genes, gene therapy shows excellent promise, especially in advanced and recurrent cases.
