Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of intensive short term treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus by Pioglitazone combined with insulin pump .Methods Selected 94 cases of type 2 diabetes in March 2014 -June 2015 in our hospital , randomly divided to study group and control group , adopted the insulin pump for curing the control group , and adopted the insulin pump strengthen joint pioglitazone for curing the study group, two groups of patients for follow-up in June, compared the two groups of patients in fasting blood glucose (FBG), body mass index (BMI) and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1C) levels.Results After treatment, patients FBG, CP levels of the study group than the control group [(6.2 ±1.2)mmol/L vs.(6.9 ±1.3)mmol/L,(2.5 ± 0.5)ng/ml vs.(2.8 ±0.6)ng/mL,P<0.05].Patients with blood glucose and insulin dosage time the study group were less than the control group [(5.1 ±1.2)d vs.(5.9 ±1.3)d,(39.7 ±7.1)U/d vs.(48.8 ±8.2)U/d,P<0.05].Follow-up in June, the patient FPG, BMI and HbA1C levels were lower than the control group , the study group [(6.3 ±1.1)mmol/L vs.(6.9 ±1.2)mmol/L,(24.5 ±1.3)kg/m2 vs.(25.5 ±1.2)kg/m2, (7.8 ±1.1)%vs.(8.4 ±1.3)%,P<0.05].Conclusions Intensive short term treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus by Pioglitazone combined with insulin pump can improve the therapeutic effect , reduce insulin resistance and insulin usage .%目的：探讨胰岛素泵联合吡格列酮强化短期治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效。方法选取2014年3月至2015年6月我院收治2型糖尿病患者94例随机分为研究组和对照组，对照组采用胰岛素泵强化治疗，研究组采用胰岛素泵联合吡格列酮强化治疗，比较两组患者治疗2周后血糖、C肽（ C-P）水平及血糖达标时间和胰岛素用量，对两组患者随访6个月，比较两组患者空腹血糖（ FBG）、体重指数（ BMI）及糖化血红蛋白（HbA1C）水平。结果治疗后研究组患者FBG、C-P水平低于对照组[（6．2±1．2）mmol／L比（6．9±1．3）mmol／L，（2．5±0．5）ng／ml比（2．8±0．6）ng／ml，P＜0．05]。研究组患者血糖达标时间及胰岛素用量均少于对照组[（5．1±1．2）d比（5．9±1．3）d，（39．7±7．1）U／d比（48．8±8．2）U／d，P＜0．05]。随访6月研究组患者FBG、BMI及HbA1C水平均低于对照组[（6．3±1．1）mmol／L比（6．9±1．2）mmol／L，（24．5±1．3）kg／m2比（25．5±1．2）kg／m2，（7．8±1．1）％比（8．4±1．3）％，P＜0．05]。结论胰岛素联合吡格列酮短期强化治疗2型糖尿病可提高治疗效果，可减少胰岛素抵抗及胰岛素使用量。
