宗教对社会稳定的影响及其法治化管理问题——以青海藏区的宗教与社会稳定关系为视角

摘要

青海藏区的稳定问题是我国安全稳定与共同繁荣问题的特殊性表现。当前,宗教问题已成为影响青海藏区社会稳定和发展的重要因素,由宗教问题引发的社会问题也有其自身的特点;依法规范宗教事务是维护青海藏区社会稳定的现实需要;实现青海藏区宗教管理法治化要求健全和完善宗教立法,提高政府依法管理宗教事务的能力,加强法制宣传教育,在宗教界和信众中树立起全面而完整的法制理念。%The stability of Qinghai Tibetan Regions is important for the national stability and prosperity.At present,religious problems have become an important factor that affects the social stability and development of Qinghai Tibetan Regions.The social problems arising from religion has its own characteristics.Regulating the religious affairs according to law is an effective means to maintain social stability of Qinghai Tibetan Religions.To better manage and deal with the religious affairs of Qinghai Tibetan Regions under the rule of law,the government need to perfect the law concerning religions,improve their administrative ability according to law,strengthen the legal education,and establish a good image among the religious circles and the mass religious followers.
