人民代表大会制度作为我国的根本政治制度，从性质上说，是我国的政体，是社会主义的代议民主共和制政体，也是人民民主专政的实现形式。研究这一根本政治制度，需要从历史演进、现状特征、完善路径等多重维度入手。从历史的角度来考察，我国的人民代表大会制度经历了一个较长时期的历史演进过程。总体而言，人民代表大会制度符合我国的国情，是马克思主义国家学说与中国具体实际相结合的产物。当然，目前我国的人民代表大会制度还需要不断丰富和完善，其完善路径任重而道远。%The people’s congress system is Chinese fundamental political system. In essence,it is our country’s regime. It is the socialist repre-sentative democratic republics and realization form of the people’s democratic dictatorship. In order to study the fundamental political system,we need to start from multiple dimensions such as the historical evolution,current characteristics and the perfect paths. Historically,people’s congress system in China has experienced the historical evolution process of a long period of time. On the whole,the people’s congress system accords with the situation of our country. It is the combined result of Marxism theory and Chinese practice in development. Of course,people’s congress system in China also need to constantly enrich and improve at present. To perfect people’s congress system in China has a long way to go.
