基于曲线方程的旋转楼梯模板支设方法

             

摘要

Arabia's construction often involves spiral staircase set. Due to the different shape and function, there are diverse style spiral staircase designs which bring a lot in construction. The project named Hotel SEBABANA R +9 belongs to Overseas Division CNQC on the formwork setting of spiral staircase,3.91m in height, located in R floor and attached to no other support set. This paper introduces the spiral staircase curve equation based on actual formwork setting, and elaborates process to meet the requirements of design modeling control measures and the problem of materials savings. There is an example of positioning the basic principles of formwork in the actual construction.%阿拉伯地区的工程施工常涉及旋转楼梯模板支设.因造型和功能不同,旋转楼梯设计样式多样,这给模板支设带来诸多困难.围绕青建集团驻阿尔及利亚分公司SEBABANAR+9宾馆项目,位于R层的3.91m无附着旋转楼梯的模板支设全过程,介绍基于曲线方程的旋转楼梯模板支设方法,阐述支模过程中预防构件产生不符合设计造型要求的误差的控制措施,及材料节约方面的一些思路,结合实例阐述旋转楼梯的基本支模原理在实际放线定位中的运用.
