衣康酸-对苯乙烯磺酸钠共聚物的阻垢分散性能

     

摘要

IA-SSS was synthesized using itaconic acid (IA) and sodium p-styrenesulfon-ate (SSS) as raw materials by aqueous solution polymerization. The effect of multi-scale performance of IA-SSS including inhibition properties of the copolymer on Ca3 (PO4)2and CaSO4, properties of stabilizing zinc salt and dispersing iron oxide were studied, respectively. Based on the above results, the mechanism of scale inhibition and dispersion was investigated. The results indicated that the good scale inhibition efficiencies against Ca3 (PO4)2 and CaSO4 were greater than 94.0%. Also there were better scale inhibition efficiencies of IA-SSS against zinc salt and dispersion ability for ferric oxide. Sulfonic and carboxylic groups of the copolymer were effective for its scale inhibition and dispersion ability.%以表康酸(IA)、对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)为单体,采用水溶液聚合法合成了IA-SSS共聚物.在静态实验条件下研究了其多效性,分别评价了共聚物对CaSO4、Cas(PO4)2垢的阻垢性能,以及稳定锌性能和对氧化铁的分散性能,并且探讨了其阻垢分散机理.实验结果表明:IA-SSS共聚物对CaSO4、Ca3(PO4)2的阻垢性能优良,阻垢率可达94.0%以上;另外还具有较好的稳定锌性能和分散氧化铁性能;共聚物中含有的磺酸基团和羧酸基团是阻垢分散性的有效基团.
