一类电流频率转换芯片的补偿

     

摘要

电流频率转换器是一种将电流信号按固定比例转换为频率信号的器件,但由于材料,工艺以及模拟信号的离散性致使转换结果存在一定非线性,针对此问题,采用ADI公司的具有24位分辨率的ADuc845对芯片进行补偿.利用Matlab对样本数据进行处理,求出误差规律,并根据误差规律设计补偿算法.由于输入输出电流不满足AD/DA要求,故设计了各种信号调理电路,对信号进行调理,以满足AD转换的要求,最终完成对电流频率转换器的补偿.%Current frequency converter can convert the current signal to the frequency signal in a fixed ratio. However, the conversion result has a certain nonlinearity due to materials, process and the discreteness of analog signal. Aiming for this problem, we employ an ADI s 24-bit resolution ADuc845 chip to implement the compensation. We use Matlab to process the sample data,find the error trend,and design compensation algorithm according to the error trend. Because the input/output current can not meet AD/DA requirements, we design a variety of signal conditioning circuit to meet the requirements of AD conversion by conditioning the input current signal. Finally,we complete the compensation of the current frequency converter.
