HCPE曲轴优化设计的响应面近似方法

     

摘要

Crankshaft is important component of Hydraulic Confined Piston Engine(HCPE),for structural optimization design research, this paper establishs HCPE crankshaft optimization model based on the response surface method (RSM), and gives the HCPE crankshaft optimized design based on RSM. The results show that , when this model is compared with the finite element model,the error within 3% ,the volume of crankshaft reduced about 18. 80%,and it can greatly shorten the calculation time. The development of this model provides the foundation for beneficial exploration of the engine optimization design application with RSM,and provides support for the realization of the HCPE Multidisciplinary collaborative optimization.%曲轴是液压约束活塞发动机(HCPE)重要的零部件,为进行结构优化设计,建立了HCPE曲轴基于响应面方法(RSM)的优化模型,并运用RSM对HCPE曲轴进行优化设计.结果表明,该模型与有限元模型相比,误差在3%以内,体积减小了18.80%,且能够明显缩短优化过程的计算分析时间.该模型的研制为RSM方法在发动机优化设计领域应用研究提供了基础,为HCPE多学科协同优化的实现提供了支撑.
