The vocational education in Qingdao has been in the lead in the whole country .Howev-er ,it's worth noticing that the emphasis and focus of the development in Qingdao has been put in the urban areas .The rural development lags relatively .The number of the schools and the majors that in-volve agriculture ,the construction of the teaching staff ,the thoughts and the quality of serving local economic and social development can't meet the need of economic and social development .T he govern-ment departments should get to know the importance of rural vocational education from the perspec-tive of scientific outlook on development and building harmonious society .T hey should increase finan-cial investment to solve the problems of insufficient practical training bases and professional teachers . They should cut and merge schools ,offer majors scientifically ,increase the support to the majors in-volving agriculture and strengthen the technique training for local farmers and migrant workers in or-der to serve agriculture ,farmers and rural areas .%青岛市职业教育一直走在全国前列，但值得注意的是，其发展的重点和着眼点一直放在城区，而农村发展相对滞后。无论是涉农学校及涉农专业数量、教师队伍建设，还是服务当地经济社会发展的意识和质量，都难以满足经济社会发展需要。政府部门应站在科学发展观和构建和谐社会的角度，认识农村职业教育的重要性；加大财政投入，解决实训基地和专业课教师缺乏问题；撤并学校，科学设置专业，加大对涉农专业的支持力度，加强对当地农民或外来务工人员的技术培训，更好地服务于“三农”。
