社会治理视域下的“村改居”问题研究--以青岛市为例

摘要

近年来青岛市城市化进程不断加快，在“村改居”工作中积累了大量经验，取得了显著成效。但随着时间推移，很多问题也逐渐显露出来。下一步要从完善就业和社会保障体系、理顺社区管理体制等方面创新“村改居”工作，为建立现代社会治理体系提供支持。%With the fast development of city urbanization in Qingdao in recent years ,many experi-ences are accumulated and remarkable results are achieved in the reform from village communities to resident communities .However ,as time goes by ,many problems reveal gradually .We should perfect the employment and social security system ,straighten out the community management system ,inno-vate in the reform from village communities to resident communities ,and provide support for the modern social governance system .
