The mechanical transmission structure of the electric power dynamometer has a direct impact on the accuracy and reliability of the test system as well as the service life of the mechanism.Firstly the function of mechanical transmission parts in the system is discussed based on the analysis of the basic structure and principle of dynamometer.Secondly the advantages and disadvantages of the structure in application are analyzed for dynamometer transmission system of the main manufacturers at home and abroad.Finally, referring to the actual test requirements, the reasonable structure and method is presented to provide reference for the manufacture and development of dynamometer.%电力测功机的机械传动结构直接影响着测试系统的准确性和可靠性,并对机械本体的使用寿命至关重要.结合测功机的组成、原理讨论机械传动部件在系统中的作用,分析国内外主要厂家的测功机传动系统结构在实际应用中的优劣,参照实际测试要求,指出应当采用的结构和方式,为测功机的制造和研发提供参考.
