高职学生主动退学原因分析及对策

摘要

高职学生主动退学反映了高等职业教育所面临的问题.导致高职学生主动退学的原因,既有学生本人和学生家庭的因素,也有学校和社会环境的因素.要解决高职学生主动退学所面临的诸多问题,必须合力解决高职学生思想问题和实际问题;要深化学校的教学改革,加强内涵建设,提高教育教学质量;要加大宣传力度,转变思想观念,营造良好社会环境.%Students' active dropout is a common problem found in vocational colleges.Two kinds of factors contribute to this problem.One has to do with the students and their families, and the other is closely related to the college itself and the society.Therefore, to tackle this problem on the part of the college and society, we must work together to solve the ideological and practical problems of higher vocational students, deepen the teaching reform, strengthen the connotation construction, improve the teaching quality, intensify propaganda, change ideas and create a good social environment.
