新型职业农民与传统农民调查分析--以贾家花园村为例

摘要

New professional farmers are the main force of modern agriculture and new rural construction .The cultivation of new professional farmers is very important for the country's agricultural development .Investigation and studies found that the new professional farmers and traditional farmers are different in cultural qualities , level of agricultural mechanization , attitude to agriculture , and management philosophy and behavior of agricultural production,and so on.The influence of these differences on agriculture ,rural areas and farmers is analyzed ,which provide reference to increase the cultivation of new professional farmers .%新型职业农民是现代农业和新农村建设的主力军，新型职业农民的培育对国家农业发展至关重要。调查研究发现：新型职业农民与传统农民在文化素质、农业机械化操作水平、对农业的态度、农业生产经营观念和行为等方面存在不同；并进一步分析了新型职业农民的这些不同对三农带来的影响，为强化新型职业农民的培育工作提供了依据。
