绒山羊血液同工酶与产绒量的主成分分析

摘要

Main component analysis of the relationship between the activityof ESD.LDH in blood plasma and Cashmere yield was carried out on 111 Cashmere goats using random sampling from Ganquan county, Shanxi province. The result showed that the correlation degree between the activity of ESD、LDH and Cashmere yield was lower. Of the 7 main components, the former 4 main components covered 86.297percent of the total information, the fourth main component was based on the Cashmere yield, it could be considered to be the comprehensive selection index.%随机抽取陕西省甘泉县种羊场的绒山羊111只进行血液ESD、LDH活性与产绒量关系的主成份分析，结果表明：ESD和LDH活性与产绒量间的相关程度较小，在7个主成份中，前4个主成份占总信息量的86.297%。其中第四主成份是以产绒量为基础的综合选择指数。
