护理干预在阿片类药物致便秘患者中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨护理干预在阿片类镇痛药物致使秘患者中的应用效果.方法:将120例因应用阿片类镇痛药物导致便秘患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例.对照组给予常规治疗护理,观察组在此基础上实施护理干预.护理干预2周后评价比较两组便秘治疗有效率.结果:两组治疗总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:护理干预可提高因服用阿片类镇痛药物所致便秘患者的治疗效果.%Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in patients with constipation caused by opioids.Methods:120 patients with constipation caused by opioids were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (60 cases in each group).The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment and nursing care and the nursing intervention was additionally implemented in the observation group.The effective rate of the treatment of constipation was evaluated and compared between the two groups after 2-week treatment.Results:There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of the total effective rate between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can improve the effect of treatment of patients with constipation caused by opioids.
