三级综合医院护理管理信息平台的构建对优质护理服务的影响

摘要

Objective:To eXplore the impact of building an NIS on high quality nursing service in the general hospital at grade III- A level. Methods:To evaluate the effect of nursing care before and after the construction of informatization based on the application of nursing procedure,high quality nursing service and the questionnaire of patient and clinical nurse satisfaction. Results:There were statistically sig-nificant differences in the comparison of indeXes of nurse and patient satisfaction( environmental facilities,professional skills,patient safe-ty,humanistic care)before and after building the NIS(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The construction of NIS can establish an efficient,perfect and evaluation platform for clinical nurses and nursing management so as to promote the deep development of high quality nursing service.%目的：探讨三级综合医院护理管理信息平台（ NIS）的构建对优质护理服务的影响。方法：以护理程序应用和优质护理服务内涵建设为基线，以医院护理信息化六大模块建设为依托开展临床护理工作，采用住院患者和临床护士满意度调查表进行问卷调查，评价护理信息化完善前后的效果。结果：通过构建NIS，对护士满意度及患者满意度指标（环境设施、专业技能、患者安全、人文关怀等）比较差异均具统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：通过NIS的建设，能为临床护士和护理管理建立高效、完善、可评价的工作平台，可体现优质护理服务的内涵要求，促进优质护理向纵深发展。
