团体互动式护理干预对精神分裂症患儿家属的影响

摘要

目的：探讨团体互动式护理干预对精神分裂症患儿家属的影响。方法：对112名精神分裂症患儿家属通过自编调查表找出需求较强的问题，根据问题进行10周的团体互动式护理干预，在干预前后用SCL－90症状自评量表评定效果。结果：112名精神分裂症患儿家属通过10周的团体互动式护理干预，SCL－90总分及躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执因子分较干预前显著降低（ P＜0．05）。结论：团体互动式护理干预可有效改善精神分裂症患儿家属的躯体化症状及强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖情绪和人际关系、偏执状态，提高儿童精神分裂症患者家属的心理健康水平及应对疾病的方式方法，对患儿康复有积极的作用。%Objective:To explore the effect of team interaction nursing intervention on family members of children with schizophrenia . Methods:The 10-week team interaction nursing intervention was conducted to 112 family members of children with schizophrenia accord-ing to the self-designed questionnaire survey and SCL -90 was used to assess the effect before and after the intervention .Results:The to-tal score of SCL-90 and the score of each factor like somatization ,compulsion,interpersonal relationship ,depression,anxiety,hostility, phobia ,paranoid ideation of the family members were significantly lower after the intervention than those before the intervention through 10-week team interaction nursing intervention (P<0.05).Conclusion: The team interaction nursing intervention can effectively improve the mental health level of the family members and find the way and the methods to coping with the disease ,which has positive effect on the rehabilitation of children with schizophrenia .
