全机器人微创房间隔缺损修补术54例病房管理

摘要

Objective:To investigate the method and effect of ward management after whole robot minimally invasive atrial septal defect repair(ASDR).Methods:We selected 54 patients who underwent total robotic ASDR by general anesthesia under cardiopulmonary.Postoperative health education,respiratory function management,pain management,incision drainage tube management,lower limb circulation management,subcutaneous emphysema management,infrastructure and personnel management,discharge guidance and other ward management measures were applied to the patients.Results:All the 54 patients recovered within 1 weeks without complications.Conclusion:Standard nursing process,standardized nursing mode,the reasonable layout of ward environment and strict management of medical equipment and professional medical staff are the indispensable parts of the rehabilitation of patients after total robotic cardiac surgery,are the keys to the ward management after operation.%目的:探讨全机器人微创房间隔缺损修补术后病房管理的方法及效果.方法:对54例患者在全麻体外循环下行全机器人微创房间隔缺损修补手术,术后给予健康宣教、呼吸功能管理、切口疼痛管理、引流管管理、下肢循环管理、皮下气肿管理、基础设施及人员管理、出院指导等病房管理措施.结果:54例患者均在1周内顺利康复出院,无并发症发生.结论:标准的护理流程、规范的护理方式、合理的病区环境布局、严谨的医疗设备管理以及高素质的专业护理团队是全机器人心脏手术后患者康复必不可少的环节,更是术后病房管理的关键.
