PURPOSE: A robot arm for a surgery and a robot system including the same are provided to improve surgical operation precision and convenience by implementing holding or cutting, translation, and pitch and yaw movement at the same time.;CONSTITUTION: A surgical operation unit is provided to hold or cut the tissue of a target area. A drive unit(300) offers a driving force to the surgical operation unit. A load unit is interposed between the surgical operation unit and the driving unit and is independently translated by the driving force supplied from the driving unit and drives the surgical operation unit to be moved by pitch and yaw. A rotary unit is interposed between the surgical operation unit and the driving unit and is operated by the driving unit to drive the surgical operation unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
