医护一体化护理模式对脑卒中患者自我效能和生活质量的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the influence of integrated nursing care model on self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with stroke.Methods:89 patients with stroke from January to June of 2015 were selected as the control group,and the traditional nursing work model was adopted.90 patients with stroke from July to December of 2015 were selected as the experimental group,and the nursing integrated nursing model was adopted.After 3 months intervention,two groups′ self-efficacy and quality of life were compared by using the SECD-6 and the SS-QOL scale.Results:After 3 months intervention,the scores of each item of SS-QOL,the total score of SS-QOL and the scores of each dimension in the experimental group SECD-6 were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional work model,the integrated nursing care model has more advantages,and can improve the self-efficacy and the quality of life of stroke patients.It is worthy of clinical application.%目的:探讨医护一体化护理模式对脑卒中患者自我效能和生活质量的影响.方法:选择2015年1~6月脑卒中患者89例为对照组,采用传统医护工作模式;选择2015年7~12月脑卒中患者90例为实验组,采用医护一体化护理模式.干预3个月时,采用自我效能(SECD-6)评分、生活质量(SS-QOL)评分对两组进行比较.结果:干预3个月时,实验组SECD-6各条目评分、SS-QOL总分和各维度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01).结论:医护一体化护理模式较传统工作模式更具优势,能更好地提高脑卒中患者的自我效能和生活质量,值得临床推广应用.
