天津市某区居家养老老年人社会支持与抑郁相关性研究

摘要

Objective:To understand the social support and depression status of the elder in a district of Tianjin,and to analyze the re-lated factors. Methods:A total of 164 elderly people living in Nankai District of Tianjin were investigated by general information question-naire,Geriatric Self-rating Depression Scale(GDS)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS). Results:No depressive symptoms accounted for 69. 5% of the elder,25. 6% for the mild depression,and 4. 9% for severe depression. The high level of social support for the elderly ac-counted for 10. 4%,the middle level accounted for 84. 8%,and the low level accounted for 4. 9% . The related factors of depression are marital status,number of children,living conditions,monthly income and monthly medical expenses;social support related factors including age,marital status,number of children,living conditions,monthly income;social support and depression scores were negatively correlated (P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The elder in the community have serious depression. We should provide good social support and take correspond-ing measures to improve the mental status of the elderly in order to prevent depression in the elderly.%目的:了解天津市某区居家养老老年人社会支持与抑郁状况,并分析其相关影响因素.方法:采用一般资料调查表、老年人抑郁自评量表(GDS)、社会支持量表(SSRS),对居住在天津市南开区164名老年人进行调查.结果:无抑郁症状老年人占69.5%,轻度占25.6%,重度抑郁占4.9%;得到高水平社会支持老年人占10.4%,中水平占84.8%,低水平占4.9%.抑郁相关影响因素有婚姻状况、子女数量、居住状况、每月收入和每月医疗支出;社会支持相关影响因素有年龄、婚姻状况、子女数量、居住状况、每月收入;社会支持和抑郁得分呈一定的负相关(P<0.05).结论:社区居家老年人抑郁情况严重,应提供良好的社会支持,并针对相关因素采取相应措施,改善老年人心理状况,以预防老年人发生抑郁.
